The WTC 1 of 426 Set

Now we have the complete detail of each set in the 1 of 426 WTC Ground Zero Recovery Set. This set consisted of $1 Silver Eagle 2001 certified Gem Uncirculated and 1 Credit Swiss Gold bar. All the sets came like this and many of the sets has been broken up but this was the original set.

Now this is interesting we now know that the individual that had 426 items at his box at the world trade center at least 3 of the pieces where 1 oz Suisse gold bars. The is a picture of $1 silver dollar also part of the series 1 of 426.

First one up of the series 1 of 426 this coin was sold back in October 2007 for $184.00, I will look for more coins from this series and put them up as I find them.

WTC Suisse Gold Bar

This is a 1 oz gold bar coming from Ground Zero the World Trade Center, I have seen a few of these come up for auction on E-bay and its an very interesting item. This is not just a gold bar this is a gold bar with history behind it and history we will never forget.

If you notice the serial number on the gold bar its different than the other 1 of 426 1 oz gold bare on this page. So at least 2 of the PCGS certified in the 1 of 426 series are gold bars.
