This is the $5 Gold Eagle 1999 the population is listed as unknown for now but its a coin that is seen on E-bay once in a while so I do not think that the population numbers on this coins is less than 400 but I will update the table above when I have credible numbers from my sources. Its a beautiful coin but as the cheaper coin in the gold range it would make sense that more would be recovered from the vault at Ground Zero.
