So just have to write this post as its the first time that I have seen the full gold set of WTC gold eagle from 2001 for sale at one time on Ebay. Here are the pictures of the gold coins and below you will find the coins on ebay.

So if you wanted to buy the full WTC gold eagle set from 2001 today and had to buy it with BUY IT NOW offers to each seller the full set would cost you $11,499.98 this is not a bad price for the full set of WTC 2001 MS69 Gold eagle coins.
This coin was on Ebay yesterday for about 4 hours before it was sold to a Buy It Now bid of $4,000.00 I have seen 1 more MS70 2001 $5 on Ebay awhile back but I dont know the population numbers on this coin.

It sure looks like a very nice coin.
The same seller has this coin WTC 1998 $5 MS70
that I have never seen before.

It looks to me like there are some new WTC coins coming to the market right now and I love that it gives us a chance to see what is out there.
The last coin that I want to talk about from the same seller is a 1997 WTC MS70 1 oz.

I did not know that this coin was even out there but today has been a great surprise with the new wtc coins coming to the market.

This comment came in from Maelstrom and it has a lot of valid points about the PCGS error coins. Please read and be on the look out. Just as a side note the 1 of 1000 wtc coin series consist of a 1999 $5 gold eagle MS69 and a 2001 $1 silver Eagle MS69.
By Mr. Maelstrom
Your point about someone perhaps resubmitting a “1 of 1000″ to PCGS for MS grading is a valid one. It could be that the coin failed to go MS68 or 69 and was reholdered by PCGS.

wtc 1 of 1000
However, the lack of a serial number (as seen on the back of the genuine slabs from Coin Universe/PCGS)is cause for concern. One would think that PCGS would reference the original serial number on the reholdered coin, or at least provide a number or method by which you could authenticate the coin as being a genuine WTC recovery piece. Lacking that, I cannot fully embrace the concept that these are simply “error slabs” by PCGS.
It is just as likely that these are ordinary BU 2001 $1 Silver Eagles($12-$15 currently) housed in fake (Chinese) slabs. I, personally, would NOT acquire any of the “1 of 1000″ issues with the printing to the RIGHT of the word “Recovery” without a physical inspection of the holder first. To my knowledge, PCGS placed the “1 of XXX or XXXX” designations at the lower LEFT of the grading insert on ALL of the genuine limited set coins.
These seem to be showing up on ebay lately. As an example, there is one of these “errors” simply listed as a “1 of 1000″ for sale on ebay as I write this . The slab pictured is blurry and only shows the front. When I asked the seller to provide clearer pictures of the front and back of the slab, along with any serial number, his reply was that “The picture is the actual coin. I don’t see a serial number, just a designation of 1 of 1000. The back of the holder has the PCGS logo.” In other words, the blurry picture is what it is. I’m not saying that he is selling a fake coin, but I am saying that he/she won’t help me make that determination. Hopefully, the seller doesn’t even know the difference. But, BUYER BEWARE!!!
Without some official confirmation from PCGS that these “error” inserts are genuine, and/or an opportunity to physically examine the holder (look for the four ejector pin circles faintly visible at each corner of the bottom section of the holder…fakes lack them…for now), I, personally, will avoid these until they can be proven genuine.
This week its got to be the 911 coins that the seller Blue Moon Coins has up for sale.
They are selling out of some of their WTC coins and they have 2 auctions up for 24 1989 $1 Silver Eagle Coins and another auction for 15 wtc silver eagle 1993 coins. The coins are all graded Gem Uncirculated but the straight auction on these coins should give somebody a great deal.

I am going to start and try and pick a good deal on the WTC coins each week as I see it, maybe people following the WTC coins cannot stay on top of the coins. So don't send letters about what coin to choose as I will pick just the best deal as I see it. I will never pick my own coin or people that I know just coins with a great deal. If you want your coins to be pick here are some suggestion. Put your coins up for real auction no reserve and let the market decide the price.
Ok so here go for the first Best Buy of the WTC coins on Ebay this week I pick these 2 coins

They are on Ebay right now in and the current price is
US 447.77
The coins are up for real auction and I would expect the 2 coins to sell for between 900 -1000 us anything less should be a great deal. The coins ends in 2 days or so. Good Luck with the bidding.

Silver bar
I have bought one myself this 10 Troy oz. of silver bar with the Manhatten skyline and the world trade center towers on it. I bough my 10 oz bar when silver was at $16 and oz now its down below $11 and the 10 oz silver bars are much more affordable. The 10 oz silver bar comes from the company Wallstreet Mint and it pictures very nicely the twin towers. I have it in my special collection. Have a look from the deal available on Ebay.
So I think we should all go home and have a look at our WTC coins, there is a coin on Ebay right now a WTC $1 Silver eagle that has a double die error. The guy selling it has explain it very well in these pictures.

Its called a 9 -11- 01 WTC Ground Zero Recovery Error. Double die reverse its the first once of its kind I have seen but with all the silver eagle out there from the WTC I am sure there are more.
You will find the coin below along with other WTC Coins

World Trade Center 1994 $50 Gold MS68 this at a great deal on Ebay right now at $1,400 or best offer, this is not my coin but the deal is great at $1,400 there is supposed to only be 17 of this coin out there and the other ebay seller with a 1994 MS68 is at $1,800+ for his coin. I have gotten a lot of very nice emails supporting our efforts to keep up with the WTC coins and I always enjoy reading them. So thank you all very much for that.
But we need support from people with population numbers with pictures of WTC coins not up on the page yet. So if you have any coins not up on these pages or any information about the WTC coins please send us an email.
Also I have made a section on this page that is made for finding your WTC coins on E-bay. I just found out today that there are some money connected to this page. I think E-Bay Pays WTC911COIN.COM every time somebody looks at and buys WTC coins direct from the link on WTC911COINS.COM, E-Bay Auction site link here WTC EBAY AUCTION
To be honest I am not quite sure what makes the money if its sign up to E-Bay or people buying WTC coin.
But anyway last month $25.96 was made in this way. So we need to find a charity for the WTC Victims or children of victims to give this money to every month as I expect this to happen every month. Now I am not sure what would be the best charity to give this money to so if anybody has any suggestions please email me.
Also if E-Bay wants to give us money for buying coins from this E-bay site link I hope more and more people will start to make their purchase thought the link on this site and thereby give money to a worthy WTC Victims Charity.
Just an update as we get close to the 7 Anniversary of 9/11
Wow just had a real jerk who bought 2 WTC 2001 MS69 coins from me
Ebay ID: 51dwightdwight
Please be very careful if you want to buy or sell WTC coins or any other coins to/from this Jerk. If he bids on any of your auctions please be careful when sending him your coins. Use this link to block bidders to your auctions E-bay link block bidder
So here is the story. 51dwightdwight writes me an asked if the two coins have any spots on them. I tell him just the normal dust that are found on these coins because that is all that I see. So the guy bids on the coins and wins. He pays and I send him the coins. I leave him positive feedback as soon as he has paid ( my mistake but I am an honest person) He receives the coins and tells me one of the coins has a spot on it. I offer him a 100% refund of his money including shipping if he will send it back to me. So here is where it starts to get nasty. The guy is a power seller on E-bay and feels like he can push people around. So he ask to get a similar coin from 2001 $1 MS 69 from my store that I am selling for $250, its a coin I recently bought from a dealer for $200. Now he starts demanding that I give him the $250 coin as a replacement for the $180 coin he won at the auction just because its a similar year 2001 MS69 coin that I have in my shop and that a refund is not good enough. As a seller on E-Bay he uses his right to leave negative feedback as a tool to push me to give him a coin he did not win at the auction. I just told him that he could do what he wanted to do and that a refund was all I could do for him. But what would you have done in the same situation ? Please let me know as I am sure other people has been scammed like this ? I also think that I am in my full right to tell the guy that a coin in my auction as I bought for a lower amount is different that a coin in my shop that I bought for a higher amount even though its the same coin same year same grade just different buying price. What do you guys think ?
Anyway just wanted to vent and make sure that nobody else get into the same situation with this guy as I just did.
