The 1999 $25 gold coin was found in the WTC vault and certified by PCGS as WTC Ground Zero Recovery coin. I don't see a lot of the 1999 $25 gold eagle on E-bay so I would guess the population to less than 200 but I have no real information yet on this coin and its population.
