The WTC (MCMLXXXVI) 1986 MS68 $25 Dollar Gold Eagle is not only the first year issue whose year is denoted in Roman numerals. Its believed that there is a PCGS MS68 grade, and a MS67 and none in MS69 of the wtc coin from this year.
